Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate a property of weight loss of spalling control fiber with heating rates. In this study, 3types organic fibers(Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Nylon) are used as spalling control fibers. And, To review the effect of heating rate, heating rates of 4types(3, 5, 10, 25℃/min) are adopted. As a test method, TGA(Thermogravim etric Analysis) method is used. As a results, weight loss properties are delayed by increase of heating rate. And weight loss properties with fiber types was show that the weight loss of PP ,PE fibers were started at 210℃ and weight loss of NY fiber was reduced at 300℃. Therefore, It need to consider properties of weight loss of fibers with heating to prevent concrete spalling.
