ABSTRACT
In this study, we introduced the contents of the technological development on the proper use of
recycled aggregate concrete implemented in Japan, which has been evaluated as the best practice in
using low-quality recycled aggregate as concrete material. Based on this report, we proposed the
important content actively use recycled aggregate in the field of the domestic construction industry.
